How to Rotate a PDF Page That Is Sideways or Upside Down

Scanned documents often come in sideways. Pages from different sources may have mixed orientations. Rotating PDF pages fixes these issues so the document reads correctly on screen and when printed.

One Limitation: The tool rotates the visual display of pages — it does not change the page's physical dimensions.
